When is partner commission earned?
Commission is earned only after The Apex Connect receives the full eligible payment for a successfully completed bulk order. Lead submissions, quotations and samples do not generate commission.
How does lead protection work?
An approved, genuine new-customer introduction may be protected for 180 days while the opportunity remains active and subject to verification.
What costs are excluded from commission?
Shipping, customs duties, taxes, refunds, cancelled orders and other non-product charges are excluded from the commissionable amount.
