  • Fabric: discuss polyester/elastane stretch fabric or another requested construction. The exact composition is confirmed in the quotation and sample specification.
  • Weight: discuss the GSM appropriate to your brief. Industry reference weights such as 190 or 200 GSM can be considered for sampling; the selected fabric and availability are confirmed for the order.
  • Fit and stretch: specify fitted or other requested measurements and your stretch-direction and recovery requirements. Four-way stretch can be requested and assessed on the selected fabric.
  • Seams: discuss flatlock or flatseam joining, overlock assembly and coverstitch finishing for the appropriate garment areas. The selected seam construction is agreed with the sample.
  • Sizes: provide adult, youth or custom size charts, grading and measurement tolerances. The final size range is confirmed for your order.

Printing and private-label details

Request sublimation for compatible polyester-based fabrics. DTF and other heat-applied graphics can be discussed for selected logo placements; the method depends on the fabric, stretch, design and sample results. Provide logo files, label details and packaging requirements for the quotation.

Sample approval and quotation

Approve the measurements, fabric, seams, artwork colors and logo placements before production. If the brief requires moisture management, breathability, stretch recovery or print wash durability, agree the evidence and sample checks for those requirements.
